How accurate are the descriptions and images?
We try to ensure that all products are described accurately. However, dating some reclaimed materials is a matter of interpretation. We do our best to research individual products, but advise that the purchaser checks items to satisfy themselves of our accuracy. Images are subject to the limitations of the photographic process and variations on individual computers. Some images may be reproduced from the individual manufacturer and we cannot be responsible for any variation. If in doubt, we advise that you come and look in person. Please remember that stone, timber etc are natural products and may vary in shade and texture. Bricks and paving may vary according to the batch. Sizes and areas are approximate.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, if they are suitable to send through the post. A charge may apply.
Do you accept returns?
Reclaimed materials cannot be returned. New products may be returned at our discretion, They must be in a saleable condition, with complete packaging. There may be a collection and restocking charge. Special orders cannot be returned.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, cheques and most types of card. Cheques and cards must be cleared before despatch of goods. We accept card payments over the phone (Customer Not Present).
